AUDIT

Our audit is conducted in accordance with International Standards on Auditing. Those standards require that we plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements are free of material misstatements. An audit includes examining, on a test basis, evidence supporting the amounts and disclosures in the financial statements. An audit also includes assessing the accounting principles used and significant estimates made by management, as well as evaluating the overall financial statment presentation.

REPORTING

We shall report to management in writing follo wing each service those significant weaknesses in the Company's systems or other business matters which come to our notice during the course of our work and which, in our view, require management's attention.
